Dr. Holly Lebar
A native to the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Lebar comes to us from Southern California College of Optometry, where she received her doctorate in 2007. She is a graduate of Seattle Preparatory High School, and continued her education at the University of Washington and the University of Portland, Oregon where she completed her undergraduate studies to receive her degree in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Lebar completed internships at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Arizona, Madigan Army Medical Center and Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in Washington.
During her free time, Dr. Lebar enjoys biking and hiking around the northwest. She enjoys traveling and has been to Asia, South America, Central America, and Europe. She looks forward to exploring more places in the years to come.
Dr. Michael Chow
Dr. Chow is a native to the Seattle area, growing up in the Kirkland and graduating from Juanita High School. He did his undergraduate studies at UCSD, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Chow attended Southern California College of Optometry. He did his internships at the San Diego Naval Hospital, Madigan Army Medical Center and Veterans Hospital in Bay Pines, Florida. He graduated from Southern Cal in 1995. In January of 2000 Dr. Chow entered business school and earned his MBA in June of 2002.
Dr. Chow is married and has two daughters. In his free time he enjoys playing with his kids, spending time in his recording studio and trying to hold on to his days as an avid cyclist.
Dr. Donna Matney
Dr. Matney is originally from Taft, California and moved to the Seattle area after receiving her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1995. She performed her undergraduate studies at both UC Santa Barbara and Cal State Bakersfield, receiving degrees in Biology and Chemistry.
In addition to eye care, Dr. Matney earned her design degree and has her own design company, Dali Couture, which she operates in her “spare” time. Dr. Matney is married and has two daughters.
Dr. Shauna Mazzulla
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Mazzulla did her undergraduate studies at Augustana College in Rock Island. From there she moved to the city and received her optometric training at the Illinois College of Optometry.
She did internships at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas, Veteran's Hospital in Walla Walla, Washington, and at the Alaska Eye Care Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. In her free time she enjoys traveling. |
